Orders are delivered on business days only (Monday to Friday). No weekend or public holiday deliveries.
We use Australia Post or TNT Road Express depending on your delivery address. For local deliveries in Gippsland, we may use a local courier service.
In-stock items are usually picked and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a card for collection at your nearest post office.
You’ll receive a delivery confirmation email once your order is on the way.

Special Order items are not part of our regular stock, but can be ordered in from the supplier. If your order includes a Special Order item or if something is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an estimated delivery time.
Please allow an extra 5–10 business days on top of standard delivery times for Special Orders.
Note: A 20% re-stocking fee may apply if you return a Special Order item.
