In-store purchases

You can return items if:

  • They’re unused, in original packaging, with tags and manuals included

  • They haven’t been modified (modifying voids warranty and return eligibility)

  • You provide a copy of your SWF Group invoice or proof of purchase

  • Items are returned within 14 days of receiving them

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.

Note: Special Order items may incur a 20% re-stocking fee.

All the above conditions apply.

You can return items to your nearest store or by post.

If posting your return, please call Customer Service first on 1800 99 12 34 to arrange it.

Return postage is the responsibility of the sender unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a major issue or incorrect supply.

Faulty Goods

If you’ve received faulty items, call our Customer Service team on 1800 99 12 34. We’ll guide you through the warranty process and arrange a repair, exchange, or refund based on the issue. Proof of purchase is required.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they don’t meet acceptable quality standards.
